Exchange, wrong product ordered

Exchange - no problem. Please send back with short note. A copy of the delivery note, or invoice facilitates the assignment of your return clearly. Please use a sturdy envelope (please do not use a normal envelopes, as these are often damaged at the Deutsche Post and arrive without a switch). We will send back the right hanger after receipt. Should there be price differences between the hangers, we will notify you before shipping.
