Delivery doesn't arrived, or the delivery time is too long

Please check your shipping address. Frequently the wrong shipping addresses are responsible for a long term. Our shipping e-mail shows the delivery address provided by you. In all cases, we can no longer influence the shipping period after delivery to the shipping service provider. We can send a demand for mail at Deutsche Post when sending a letter and registered mail.
